Our Approach

La Piana Consulting is committed to a team approach in our consulting work, providing maximum benefit to our clients through the multidisciplinary expertise and diverse backgrounds of our staff. The firm's virtual structure - with all staff working from their own offices - means we will provide you with the best available persons without regard to geographic proximity to your organization.

Our team features seasoned nonprofit leaders and consultants with an average of 15 years experience in the sector. We combine consultants who have a strong background in senior management of nonprofits, with experts in the most frequently requested special skills: strategic restructuring, leadership, governance, finance, human resources, marketing, business planning, communication, and strategy development. Our consultants also bring knowledge from their Masters level education in law, public administration, nonprofit administration, business administration, planning, public health, psychology, and social work.
