She is an enthusiastic leader with extensive sector experience as a nonprofit executive. As a big picture strategist, Amari’s outstanding organizational and consensus-building skills help drive successful outcomes for her clients. Amari led organizational transformation and sustainability efforts as Executive Director of Sacred Heart Community Service, a direct service agency in San Jose, California. She was a Senior Staff Consultant with CompassPoint Nonprofit Services working on strategy projects, executive transitions and Board governance. As a managing consultant at Drake Bearn Morin, Inc., Amari consulted to Fortune 500 organizations in the areas of restructuring and change management.
