Operations Manager

Operations Manager Claudette Goldberg, MSEM, has a background in community-building and organizational administration across sectors. Her unique blend of interpersonal skills and technical systems acumen is integral to La Piana Consulting’s lean operations infrastructure.

Prior to joining La Piana Consulting, Claudette served the Director of Human Resources at Packard Foundation after serving as the Administrator of the California Trails and Greenways Foundation. She also co-founded Sukkot in April, building community through a collaborative effort of multiple San Francisco Bay Area organizations to promote volunteerism. Claudette has been COO of her family’s commercial baking company and Director of Product Acquisition for a software developer.

Claudette received her Baccalaureate from the University of Illinois in Landscape Architecture and her Master of Science in Environmental Management at the University of San Francisco.

She swims with enthusiasm and volunteers at swim meets for her daughter’s team. Claudette enjoys living in San Francisco with her husband, daughter and their charismatic puppy.
