She works with project teams to develop work plans, conduct research and financial analysis, organize logistics, and write and edit reports and other deliverables. In addition to being a conscientious thought partner, she delivers a high level of responsiveness at ever phase of each project.

Shaquile is adept at combining innovative thinking with practical solutions. Her calming and consistent presence on project teams contributes to effective and enjoyable working relationships with a broad range of client organizations. She is also a skilled financial analyst. Her work has supported client engagements with organizations such as United Way Worldwide, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Rainforest Alliance, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Hostelling International USA, and the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association.
Shaquile's commitment to the social sector is informed by her experience in nonprofits, financial institutions, and higher education. Prior to joining La Piana in 2015, she worked as a financial counselor and reporting/compliance specialist at NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania, and as a service representative at Three Rivers Federal Credit Union. She was also a research assistant at the Pittsburgh Science of Learning Center, a program of Carnegie Mellon University, and at Purdue University. Shaquile has a BA in Psychology from Purdue University and studied abroad in the Czech Republic.
