As we approach the end of our third year of research into alternatives to traditional strategic planning, we are looking to the fourth and last year of the project with excitement.

We will continue our piloting efforts, which to date have involved 27 nonprofits, and will begin in earnest to distill the lessons we have learned and that might be of most help to the sector.

One of the primary vehicles for communicating our findings, and for making new tools and processes widely available to the sector, will likely take the form of a book.
