Like all good consulting firms we like to tinker with how we do things internally, but our recent off-site went a bit further. We set ourselves the task of strengthening our organizational structure, enhancing personal responsibility and autonomy, more closely linking our work to one another, and finding a better way to assure quality than the traditional supervision structure most of us grew up with.

OK, that’s a lot, but we also saw the process as a great learning and team building experience. I will record our progress in these pages.
