Types of Strategic
Restructuring
Joint Programming
A joint programming is a restructuring that includes the joint
launching and managing of one or more programs to further the programmatic
mission of the participating organizations. For example, a domestic violence
shelter and a rape crisis services organization got together to form and
manage a domestic violence offenders program, while continuing to operate
their existing organizations and programs independently.

Studies on Joint Programming.
