SAGE/Task Force LGBT Aging Leadership Initiative: A Case Study in Collaboration

In the nonprofit sector, the lines between competition and collaboration are becoming increasingly fluid. This case study on the partnership between Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Elders (SAGE) and the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force illustrates how organizations can move from looking at one another as competitors to drawing upon one another’s strengths to achieve common goals.
