Meet Madison, one of our Consultants.
Madison McAleese (she/her) is passionate about people and deeply committed to working with organizations that are focused on social impact to make the world a better place. Madison is particularly interested in the intersection between faith communities and social justice and is eager to work with mission-driven organizations that are fighting to change the status quo.
Madison has a background in public diplomacy and strategic communications. Previously, she spent two years working in public relations in Los Angeles and New York City and worked in communications at the Pacific Council on International Policy. Madison was also a Fellow at both the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Department of State and the USC Center on Public Diplomacy.
Impact Approach
For Madison, helping a client achieve their greatest mission impact means either helping organizations to reach more people and implement more programs and services, or it means helping organizations do what they already do more efficiently and equitably. She believes that making an impact is anything that serves and lifts up the communities around us.
