A word that sums me up is
The most interesting thing happening in the social sector today is:
Citizen engagement. As trust in government wanes, cities, businesses, nonprofits, foundations, and educational institutions are now taking on a leadership role in social change. The groups are doing important work to meet the community’s needs in ways the government cannot.

Madison McAleese (she/her) helps deliver high-value consulting engagements to our clients, often serving as the primary communications hub for projects and ensuring excellent customer service. She specializes in research, writing and editing, and project management. Her ability to manage complex projects and deliver quality work products contributes to clients’ confidence and overall success.

Madison graduated with a Master’s in Public Diplomacy at University of Southern California, and with a Bachelor’s in Communication and a minor in Political Science from California Lutheran University. She also studied European economics and language in Paris.

She spent two years working in public relations in Los Angeles and New York City before deciding to pursue a graduate degree in public diplomacy. Since then, Madison has worked as a Communications Associate at the Pacific Council on International Policy and was a Fellow at both the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Department of State and the USC Center on Public Diplomacy.

Madison is currently pursuing a Master’s in Christian Studies to expand her knowledge of biblical and theological studies, to fulfill her interests as a lifelong learner, and to support the important role that faith plays in her life.

Madison is based in Pasadena, California, and is an active small group leader at South Hills Church in Burbank, in addition to a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.
