Curated Conversation: Leadership Strategies During Periods of Unpredictability

During periods of uncertainty, it is evident that effective leadership looks different. If you are grappling with the most effective, empathetic way to show up as a leader in this particular moment in time, this space is for you.

We invite nonprofit and foundation leaders to join us for an upcoming Curated Conversation — hosted by La Piana Senior Consultants Ali Carella and Humberto Camarena — to explore strategies and communication approaches to maintain stability, build resilience, prioritize activities, and lead effectively during times of uncertainty, whether dealing with funding cuts, increased service demands, or internal transformations.

Our Curated Conversations are free 90-minute Zoom sessions led by La Piana consultants where we share practical knowledge and facilitate smaller breakout groups for peer learning.

We are offering two sessions:
