| Monday, May 1– Friday, May 5 | Final proposals evaluated by LaPiana |
| Monday, May 8 – Wednesday, May 10 | Proposal cure period |
| Friday, May 12 | Final proposals identified and released to membership |
| Friday, May 12 – Monday, May 22 | Lobbying |
| Monday, May 22 – Tuesday, May 23 | Vote to identify proposal for delegate assembly |
