Mergers That Made a Difference
As a leader in supporting nonprofit partnerships, La Piana Consulting is pleased to announce the debut of a new resource for the sector highlighting mergers that made a difference. A collaborative effort led by The Bridgespan Group, in partnership with the Lodestar Foundation, Catalyst Fund, and La Piana Consulting, this online collection features nonprofit merger case studies and related blog posts from organizational leaders to both inform and inspire.
Sharing powerful lessons about what makes for a successful partnership, this curated collection of case studies will include stories from La Piana Consulting clients the Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center in Cleveland, Ohio and the Oakland East Bay Symphony in Oakland, California and supplements a collection of case studies and other resources right here on our website.
Launching on March 4, 2014, this collection will complement Bridgespan’s recent study, Why Nonprofit Mergers Continue to Lag. In addition, watch for a webinar on mergers and collaborations on March 11th, hosted by Stanford Social Innovation Review.
